Selects a typical computer room with closed cold aisles as an actual measurement object to verify the accuracy of CFD simulation. Simulates the air distribution of the computer room with closed cold aisles and without closed cold aisles by CFD simulation software, respectively. Qualitatively and quantitatively analyses the simulation results with seven evaluation indexes. The results show that there exists the phenomenon of short circuit of cold air, return flow of hot air and air temperature longitudinal stratification of cold aisle side in the computer room without closed cold aisles. After enclosing cold aisles, concentration of cold air flow and mixing of cold and hot airflow are both improved, without the local hot spots. The performance of floor air output is similar, and the low temperature value of cabinet cooling index is slightly poor, which can be improved by increasing return air temperature of air conditioning to save energy. Supply air temperature of cabinet, air temperature longitudinal stratification of cold aisle side, supply air flow line of floor, heating index and high temperature value of cabinet cooling index are obviously improved by enclosing cold aisles.
